could not recommend their services enough -- they are so prompt and have the best customer service ever. i was able to book a pickup so quickly, and chris was very helpful on the phone and informed me of how NYC exterminators could be totally leading me astray with the process. the team was able to work with my timeline too, as i am leaving for vacation this week! silvio came to pick up my belongings and was so informative and even inspected my bed for me too. i felt so reassured by the whole process and feel grateful to have found their service.

This is an amazing company that deals with a tenacious pest. I was referred to them in August 2018 when my then roommate's living area was found to have bed bugs. Chris went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time. The staff that did the pick-up and delivery were very professional and kind, especially when they had to schlep stuff up to the 3rd floor walk-up apartment.

Recently bed bugs were found in my bedroom. I'm not exactly sure how I got them but I definitely want to get rid of them, sooner rather than later. While my landlord has been less than helpful about this situation, once again, Chris & Bed Bug Laundry NYC have been exceptionally responsive and kind. I'm on tomorrow's schedule for a pick-up. I know that my clothing, some of which is brand new, will be in good hands with this company and they'll deliver them to me on-time and they'll be in good shape.

Superior customer service and fair pricing. Kindness & Patience when your stress level is at an all-time high. Bed bugs are banished. Don't delay calling them if you need them. Bed Bug Laundry NYC is a blessing to NYC residents dealing with these pests.

I didn't end up using their service for my fumigation because timing didn't work out, but they offered to review my quote from the other company to make sure it's fair, which I thought was very stand-up and made me trust them more to look out for their customers. I appreciated that kindness.

I called for a pickup and they were here within 2 hours. Super friendly, easy to work with and gave me some peace of mind during a very trying time. Costs are a bit pricey but worth it.

Chris and his team couldn't have been kinder, helpful or more attentive during my unexpected and challenging experience with bedbugs. I only myself had 48 hours notice before the exterminators were set to come, expecting a completely clear apartment. In my panic, I found BBLNYC via a Google search and called Chris later into the night. He came to my aid the very next day, clearing my apartment out more quickly than I could have imagined, providing lots of friendly advice (and reassurance) on my next steps in the process. He also expertly coordinated with my pest control company. The dry cleaning was a godsend -- I was able to store my clothes for free for over six weeks as I finished with the bedbug treatment and made the decision to move out of my apartment. Silvio delivered my laundry and dry cleaning to my new apartment on time at the very beginning of the delivery window, and it came so neatly packaged. In summary, I received the best service at every stage of this process. I truly don't know what I would have done without BBLNYC!

I cannot say enough good things about this company!

They are professional, responsive, empathetic, efficient and kind.

Earlier this fall we found a bed bug in our apartment and sent about half our clothing to them. In responding to my initial (somewhat panicky) email, they were understanding and really helpful. They sent instructions on prepping for pickup that were super clear and easy to follow. A week or so later my partner pulled out an old sweater and got bites, resulting in us wanting to send the other half of our clothes to them. They completely understood and scheduled a second pickup immediately and very kindly created one invoice instead of two for ease of payment.

They offer a range of treatments from full service (treat, wash & fold) to heat chamber services (for delicates).

This place is a must use. Bed Bugs are the goddamn worst pest in this city and if you are one who is unfortunate to get them, the BedBug Laundry Service will give you peace of mind.

I was struggling for weeks during this pandemic trying to find a service to help my infestation out while moving into my new place, it was getting to the point where critters would fall out of my PJs when I woke up. After contacting Chris and setting up an appointment, my problems were rest assured.

First of all, I want to say that the service is very fluid. Chris goes into a lot of detail talking about what he plans to do when he gets your possessions and makes sure you know what you're getting. It's easy to see that Chris is really experienced when he gives you the run down and how he deals with any issues or questions you have.

They charge a great rate for what you're getting. They come to where you are, pack up all possessions you ask for, fumigate it, and bring it over to where you're going. The most incredible part about it all is how neatly everything is packaged. The articles of clothing I asked to be treated where in closed bags and when I got to opening all the packages, everything was there. From my mattresses to my boxers I had everything I asked them to treat and it was all bed bug free. Really have to gives Chris and his guys huge thumbs up. Don't hesitate to come here if you're looking for a fumigation service.

WOWOWOWOW. Chris and his team were absolutely wonderful. I had a terrible situation where I felt like my apartment was infested. Thankfully, I found BBL services and they saved me!!! They packed up my entire apartment, fumigated it, then moved it all to my new apartment when I was ready. Not that I was surprised, but every single item in my apartment was packed up so perfectly and nothing was missing. The movers were absolutely wonderful and so kind! I don't wish this upon anyone, but if it does happen to you, save yourself the stress and energy and call Chris and his team. They are excellent! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

This service was great. Chris is a great guy, is really Communicative and went into a lot of detail. What I liked best is that he was so patient. I was kind of freaking out about bed bugs, my possessions and he spent a lot of time on the phone with me, walking me through the process and was even more knowledgeable than some exterminators I spoke to. I also really appreciated how much time he spent helping me out before I even agreed to use the service. Chris was also available to help out when I had questions. Silvio was also a really nice friendly and diligent guy when it came picking up and dropping off my clothes, he was flexible with timing and gave mE about a 20 minute heads up that he was arriving.

The pricing is pretty good. It doesn't seem much more than a standard laundry service, I expected it to cost a bit more per pound, but it does add up since you're sending them probably everything so that probably why it's a bit cheaper which I appreciate.

I have one piece of feedback for the team, after my clothes were picked up I wasn't given a receipt or anything. No record that my stuff was taken. I was a little bit anxious about all my clothes being somewhere else with no official record of the transaction. I'd fee a little better if I were given some sort of receipt like you get when you go to a normal dry cleaner. Not a big deal since I got all my stuff back and in great condition.
